How is your property different from the competition?
1) We have private entries to each apartment on the first floor. 2) Our apartments have beautiful luxurious interiors and many with several Upgrades. 3) Loft Style apartments available.
What kind of pets do you allow?
Domesticated animals only; no aggressive breeds or exotic pets. For more details, please view the Pet Policy tab.
How many pets may I have?
2 per apartment home.
Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
Pet Fee per pet is $375. Fees are non-refundable/non-transferable. $20 Monthly Pet Rent per pet. Registration with PetScreening.com required.
Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Yes, less any damage, fees and/or monies owed as determined when you move out.
If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
Yes, refer to the Early Termination Agreement located in your lease and call the office for additional details.
What utilities are included in my lease?
None, utilities are separate and billed by the provider and/or third-party billing company.
How long is the term of the lease?
7 - 13 months.
If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Call the leasing office and we will create a service request, or you can submit online through your resident portal. Our on-site maintenance team will resolve as timely as possible.
When is my rent payment due?
On the 1st of each month; grace period through the 3rd of each month.
What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
On the 4th a $135 late fee will apply.
Do you accept leases for short terms?
Yes, 7 months is the minimum lease term.
Do you accept electronic payments?
Yes, you can pay one-time or set up recurring ACH payments through the resident portal.
Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
Rent is paid online through your resident portal, which you can access 24/7.
There is a person who might be staying with me for a while; is that permitted by the lease?
Yes, as long as they are staying for less than 14 days. If it will be for longer than 14 days, they will need to submit an application in order to run a background check and the guest will be added to the lease.
Do you have reserved parking?
No, however, we do have detached garages available if you are looking for a reserved space.
I have a motorcycle; where can I park it?
In a garage or regular parking space.
My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Yes, so we can add them as "occupants" on the lease.
Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
Yes, your satellite dish must be on a tripod inside your patio only; drilling holes through exterior walls is prohibited.
Do you have cable services?
Cable services are not included in rent but we are cable ready.
Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
Yes, we have a Package Concierge locker system that will store your package and text you delivery notifications when your package has arrived!
Do you have a list of Preferred Employers?

Where do I register to Vote?
